Services to Support Your Healing and Growth
Individual Therapy
This is a space that centers you and feels both safe and real. I stay deeply attuned to you—your nervous system, your emotional rhythms, your protections, the parts of you that feel tender, and the parts that feel strong. I offer warmth and steadiness, but I also offer gentle challenge when it helps you grow. Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface so you can understand your patterns, expand your capacity, and move toward a more grounded and empowered version of yourself. I help you slow down enough to hear your deeper knowing, notice what your body is communicating, integrate the parts of you that feel split, and navigate difficult emotions with more compassion and clarity. Over time, you begin to feel more aligned inside—less ruled by fear or shame, less reactive, more anchored and able to choose what truly supports you.
Couples Therapy
This is a space for both of you to slow down, feel what’s happening between you, and step out of the patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we identify the cycles you fall into, the ways you signal safety or threat, and the deeper fears or hopes beneath your reactions.
You learn to stay present with yourselves and each other—even when things feel intense. You practice holding your emotions without collapsing or attacking, while staying open enough to truly hear your partner. Over time, this combination of self-awareness, honesty, and emotional courage creates a different kind of intimacy—one rooted in clarity, respect, and genuine connection.
Sex Therapy
This is a space where your boundaries, your pace, and your comfort are honored at every moment. Nothing is pushed, nothing is assumed, and everything we explore is guided by your own internal “yes,” your curiosity, and your readiness.
Together, we create a grounded environment where you can safely explore the parts of your sexual self that feel confusing, tender, shut down, overwhelmed, or simply unknown. I help you gently untangle the impact of shame, trauma, fear, obligation, or past experiences that have shaped the way you relate to your body and to intimacy.
Sex therapy here isn’t about fixing or performing; it’s about reclaiming. It’s about expanding the places within you that were silenced, integrating the parts that carry fear or shame, and cultivating a relationship with your sexuality that feels empowered, embodied, and genuinely your own.
Treatment Modalities:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps you build psychological flexibility—your ability to stay present, connected to your values, and intentional even when difficult emotions show up. Instead of getting stuck in self-criticism, avoidance, or old patterns, you learn to notice your thoughts with more compassion and loosen their grip on you. ACT helps you clarify what truly matters to you and take small, meaningful steps toward a life that feels more aligned, empowered, and authentic.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps you understand the different “parts” of you—your protectors, your wounded places, your drive for perfection, your fear, your strength—and how they interact inside your internal world. Rather than battling with these parts, you learn to approach them with curiosity and compassion. This opens space for deeper healing, integration, and clarity. IFS gives you a way to understand yourself more fully, reduce internal conflict, and move toward a more grounded, compassionate relationship with your inner experience.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT helps transform the emotional patterns that shape your relationships—both with yourself and others. You learn to recognize the signals you send and receive, understand what drives your reactivity, and express your needs and fears with more clarity and safety. EFT supports you in creating secure, emotionally honest connections by helping you slow down, soften protective responses, and build deeper, more responsive bonds.
Other Modalities
I also integrate evidence-based tools from Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT), and several trauma-focused therapies (Prolonged Exposure, Written Exposure, Cognitive Processing) when they support your goals. These approaches help with things like interrupting compulsive patterns, regulating emotions, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and safely processing trauma. All techniques are tailored to your pace, your needs, and the specific shifts you’re wanting to make.
